SALTY SWEET CARAMEL ICE CREAM

A rich dessert requiring two ingredients and no special equipment.
Ingredients
  • 1⅓ cups whipping cream
  • 1⅔ cups dulce de leche
  • Malden salt (if desired)
Instructions
  1. Line a 9 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whip cream into soft peaks.
  3. Add two tablespoons of the whipped cream to the dulce de leche.
  4. Stir the whipped cream into the dulce de leche.
  5. Fold the dulce de leche cream mixture gently into the whipped cream.
  6. Spoon into the loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
  7. Serve in chilled bowls with more dulce de leche and a little salt.
Notes
