Spanish smoked paprika<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 to 1\/2 tsp. cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. ground cumin<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. ground coriander<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp chili powder.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Combine 1 tbsp. water and egg white in a large bowl; stir with a whisk until foamy.\u00a0 Add almonds; toss well to coat.\u00a0 Place almonds in a colander, and drain 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Combine sugar, salt, paprika, cumin, coriander, chili powder and cayenne in a large bowl.\u00a0 Stir well.<strong><\/strong> Add almonds and toss to coat.\u00a0 Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray, or rub with a little vegetable oil.
