Panang or red curry paste<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbs. extra-crunchy peanut butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 generous tbs. fish sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 generous tbs. brown sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 medium red bell pepper, very thinly sliced lengthwise<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 medium onion, very thinly sliced lengthwise<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup THAWED frozen small peas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup loosely packed basil leaves, torn (or substitute l tbs. dried basil)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbs. fresh lime juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">FREEZE THE STEAK for 15 minutes to make slicing easier. Thinly slice the steak across the grain, no thicker than 1\/8 inch.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Sprinkle the steak with a little kosher salt and several grinds of black pepper.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium heat.
