when YOU need a treat.<\/p>\n<p>Vegetable oil<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 cups sugar<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup light corn syrup<\/p>\n<p>1 cup heavy cream (whipping)<\/p>\n<p>5 tbsp unsalted butter<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon fine fleur de sel, plus extra for sprinkling (I like Malden salt)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>Line an 8 &#8211;
