It&#8217;s that good."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pf-content\"><p>OLIVE SPREAD WITH WALNUTS<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mrsbutterfingers.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Olive-tapenade.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1703\" title=\"Olive tapenade\" src=\"http:\/\/mrsbutterfingers.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Olive-tapenade.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"http:\/\/mrsbutterfingers.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Olive-tapenade.jpg 640w, http:\/\/mrsbutterfingers.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Olive-tapenade-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I call this a million dollar recipe.\u00a0 It&#8217;s that good.\u00a0 This is a type of tapenade that combines all the lush and lovely flavours we associate with Provence.\u00a0 There&#8217;s olives, garlic, fresh herbs like thyme, oregano and sage.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You just can&#8217;t stop eating this appetizer spread<\/p>\n<p>RECIPE<\/p>\n<p>1 3\/4 cups Kalamata and green olives mixed half and half (or what ever your taste buds tell you)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup toasted walnuts chopped (don&#8217;t have any big pieces)<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp coarse ground Dijon mustard<\/p>\n<p>2 fat garlic cloves<\/p>\n<p>1 generous tb each fresh thyme, oregano and sage (no substitution)<\/p>\n<p>a pinch of cayenne pepper.<\/p>\n<p>In your food processor put the garlic cloves and the fresh herbs and chop them fine.<\/p>\n<p>Add the olives and chop fine<\/p>\n<p>Take about 3 tbs of the walnuts and add to the mix<\/p>\n<p>Add olive oil,\u00a0 mustard and cayenne pepper and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Turn out into a bowl and add the chopped walnuts.<\/p>\n<p>Last three days if you&#8217;re lucky.\u00a0 Serve with crackers of bread.<\/p>\n<p>Pour a glass of wine.\u00a0 You&#8217;re in Provence.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"simple_likebuttons_container_small\">\r\n      <div class=\"simple_likebuttons_facebook\">\r\n        <div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\r\n        <script>(function(d, s, id) {\r\n          var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];\r\n          if (d.getElementById(id)) {return;}\r\n          js = d.createElement(s);
