I\u00a0 decided to make the last of the plums into one of\u00a0 my favorite dessert,\u00a0 fresh PLUM TART.\u00a0 When plums were in season I made this dessert Saturday nights at our little French restaurant, Roxy&#8217;s Bistro.\u00a0 I was always hoping to have left over pie for my Sunday breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mrsbutterfingers.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_00081.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-76\" title=\"IMG_0008\" src=\"http:\/\/mrsbutterfingers.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_00081.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"http:\/\/mrsbutterfingers.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_00081.jpg 800w, http:\/\/mrsbutterfingers.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_00081-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FRESH PLUM TART<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Use your favorite pastry recipe, or this simple and easy recipe from Robin Hood Flour.<\/p>\n<p>PASTRY &#8211; DOUBLE CRUST PIE<\/p>\n<p>1 3\/4 cups all purpose flour<\/p>\n<p>2\/3 tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 cup sugar<\/p>\n<p>2\/3 cups\u00a0 (5 1\/2 oz) lard (yes lard!
